PJWD Energy LLC DBA Soligo ("Soligo," "we," "us," or "our") uses information submitted through soligo.io to prepare home-energy design requests, respond to questions, schedule reviews, and improve our services. This policy explains the information we collect and how we handle it.
Information we collect

Calls, texts, and email
When you provide consent, Soligo may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and may ask us to stop other marketing communications at any time.
Service providers and project partners
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, store lead data, provide mapping or solar information, measure advertising, communicate with customers, or operate our business. When needed to evaluate or fulfill a request, we may also disclose relevant information to installation, equipment, financing, or professional-service partners. We do not sell personal information for money.
Google services and advertising
The design experience may use Google Maps Platform, Google Solar API, and Google Ads. Google may process location, device, and interaction information under its own terms and privacy policies. We store campaign parameters and click identifiers so a submitted request can be attributed to the visit that generated it.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, operate the business, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
