These Terms of Use govern your access to soligo.io and its design-request tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Preliminary design experience

Satellite imagery, panel placement, system size, energy production, bill offset, pricing, savings, incentives, and other design outputs shown on this site are preliminary estimates for discussion only. A generated preview is not an engineering plan, construction document, proposal, guarantee, or final system design. Site conditions, utility requirements, equipment, shade, permitting, structural review, and field measurements may materially change the result.

No offer or financing commitment

Information on the site does not create a contract to purchase or install equipment and is not a credit decision or offer of financing. Any project, financing, warranty, or installation commitment is governed by separate written documents signed by the applicable parties.

Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business evaluation of Soligo services. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the service at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates law or another party's rights.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party mapping, solar, equipment, financing, and communication services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Soligo is not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.

Intellectual property

The site, Soligo name, design, software, copy, and other content are owned by or licensed to Soligo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soligo disclaims implied warranties relating to the site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that preliminary outputs will match a final design.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soligo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on preliminary design information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Florida, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
